Empty Bottle Return Policy

Customers may choose one of the following options:

1. Return empty bottles directly to an iWater warehouse to receive the full deposit refund

2. Request iWater to collect empty bottles, with a fee of 30,000 VND per visit (for fewer than 10 bottles)
